JPEG Compression

I just finished to write a small handbook "JPEG Compression" in HTML. This is a copy of my old "HyperCard" stackware. I wrote it around 1992.
Apple spread my stackware with QuickTime Developer CDs. ATG (Apple Advanced Technology Group) put this in the root of their server, too.
YES, I talk about old times.
